Due to the new PPWR (Packaging Regulations), we are only able to ship to these countries for the time being:

• United Kingdom

• Switzerland

• Norway

• Iceland

Should you order to a country not listed on here (for example, a country part of the EU), your order will be cancelled and fully refunded back to you. Your money should arrive back into your account within five working days. Please ensure to check your country of residence before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Times

Each order is made by hand, meaning extra time may be taken to ensure it is of the highest quality possible. Our usual time scales are around 3-7 working days from the date of your order. However, during busier time periods (such as public holidays), this may take up to 14 working days to arrive to you. If you are buying outside of the United Kingdom, your order could take upwards of 30 days to arrive. Should you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us using the links at the bottom of the page, and please remember to be patient and kind when speaking to us (we are only one person running a whole business after all!).

We are a Print-By-Order business, meaning each item is made by hand once it has been purchased. Because of this, we cannot offer explicit refunds unless an item is significantly not as described. Photographic evidence must be provided for this, and this can be applied up to 7 days after you have received your order.

In the rare case that your order has has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us with evidence and we will happily arrange to resend the item again. Please ensure to check our Shipping Information to understand the general wait times depending on the country you are purchasing from.
